Challenge

With new leadership come “fresh eyes.” The new leader at a state university enlisted Albert Communications’ help to review its communications function – people and processes – and provide an external assessment.

We met with team members and those to whom they reported. We talked through wins and challenges, and prepared a confidential assessment for leadership that included successes, opportunities, and recommendations to enhance the services provided internally and externally by the Communications team.
