Lauren joined the Albert Communications team in 2019, and in June, 2021, was named Managing Director. A marketing strategist and growth advisor for B2B and B2C companies, her expertise is in offering strategic counsel, practical execution, and expert analysis to companies across all industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, professional services, retail and travel. She’s passionate about growth, and is a firm believer that sales and marketing can only be successful when working in tandem to establish plans, source leads, track progress, and close business.
Before diving headfirst into consulting, Lauren was an established marketing leader for technology and services firms. Most recently, she led the business development team at a venture-backed technology and services provider to a successful sale. Prior to that, she was the global marketing lead for CI&T, a Brazil-based digital solutions provider. Lauren spent five years with the company, initially hired as the first marketer based in the US. Upon growing the marketing program and team here, she transitioned to lead the global marketing program and team, composed of individuals, activities and strategic investments in Brazil, China and Japan.
Lauren honed her strategic marketing and management chops as an in-house leader, but credits her early years in marketing and public relations agencies for driving that success. Agencies are where she learned the marketing specialist skills – media relationships, digital strategy – but also how to build a program, manage a team, manage a budget, prioritize and pivot – all skills that every great marketer manages with a smile!
A graduate of Penn State with a B.S. in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Spanish, Lauren was an active participant in THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the nation. She now takes a leadership role in various charity events and community organizations including the Upper Makefield Youth Baseball & Softball League.
