Playlist for 2019 Holiday Season

Looking to 2020 with…. duh, 20/20 Vision!

Get used to those hackneyed jokes about 2020, because who can help themselves? My title here is no exception, but as someone who’s worn glasses since third grade, there’s something truly magical about having 20/20 vision. (I can’t even “hear” without my glasses!)

Looking ahead to the new year always fills me with optimism. I feel that way in December and I have the same sensation in the fall when the Jewish new year begins. In December, I look forward to seeing those crazy glasses in Times Square, breaking in a fresh, new desk calendar, writing the wrong dates for a few weeks, and enjoying days with increasing sunshine.  

Seeing 20/20 brings clarity, which is something the team here  at Albert Communications has identified with for years. I like clarity. It sums up the way I live my life, and the way I interact with my family, my friends, and our clients. It’s the way my house looks. It’s authentic and direct and tells it like it is. Like us. Who doesn’t want clarity – especially when it comes to communications and marketing? 

By the end of last year, many of us at Albert were bruised by the vitriol in the media and all around us. To combat that feeling, we created a holiday playlist for 2018 comprised of the team’s favorite songs about peace, love, getting along, and understanding. It was really well-received, because in all honesty, who needs a mug or a blanket with our logo?!? 

Today, we’re sharing the Albert Communications 2019 playlist as our gift to you. It was designed with a focus (pun intended) on clarity. If the songs don’t scream clarity, see if you can discern the meaning behind each of them, all carefully chosen by members of the amazing Albert Communications team. 
Our wish for you at this time of year is a wish for clarity in all you do. Here’s hoping the year 2020 brings 20/20 vision in our lives, in our work, and in our world.
