For more than 25 years, Donna has been originating and executing strategic, integrated marketing communications programs for multinational B2B companies both in-house and as a strategic consultant. She believes successful businesses use communications as a bridge between vision and execution while building relationships, understanding customer needs, and empowering employees.

Donna has deep experience in developing tailored stakeholder messaging for corporate initiatives, IPOs, M&A integrations, change management, media relations, product launches, crisis communications, industry analyst relations, and investor relations.

Her career has been focused on the technology and chemical sectors working across vertical industries including automotive, banking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, medical devices, pharmaceutical, building and construction, consumer electronics, paper and board.

Donna enjoys collaborating with the C-Suite, business leaders, engineers, and private equity partners to create and share a company’s story, as it relates to industry trends and growth initiatives. A communications leader, Donna is a valued and strategic resource for building global employee communications programs, designing industry analyst strategies and establishing impactful corporate cultures. Donna’s ability to improvise and adapt earned her a reputation as a capable and effective communications strategist, known for achieving step-change results.

Donna has served on the Boards of the Philadelphia chapters of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She earned a B.S. in Corporate Communications and a minor in Marketing from Drexel University and an MBA from Drexel University, LeBow College of Business.
