After two-decades in the news business, including Action News Philadelphia, she put her expertise to work at Karen Friedman Enterprises, a leadership communications firm whose techniques to help people become more powerful communicators have been applied on four continents.

Karen is adjunct faculty at Smith College’s executive education program where she teaches leadership communications for executive women.
